Here is my patch. It is my first ever release, so if I've messed up, don't
shoot me. The new keyword is fade_colour, to be used with fade_distance and
fade_power. fade_colour expects a colour argument (obviously). Not
specifying fade_colour or specifying a value of <0,0,0> gives the old
attenuation behaviour, a value of <1,1,1> gives no attenuation, actual
colours give coloured attenuation. Note <1,0,0> looks red, not cyan as in
media.
This patch is too puny to warrant copyright notices, but I'd like credit if
it is used in any other release.
