Well I had some free "POV-Ray time" while waiting for a lengthy animation to
render so I went ahead and made some more characters. The source is posted in
the "povray.text.scene-files" area.

while I have no immediate use for this font, I am glad that you've added
punctuation etc.  (now, at last, Thomas can write "unacceptable!!" :-))

Yep! It has become "<acceptable>!" now.

I didn't need all the characters either, just a few for one certain project and
I definitely didn't need the kerning capability but it was a fun project of its
own. The infrastructure is there to apply kerning to any font so maybe while I'm
waiting a couple more days for my animation frames to render I'll work on that
as a stand-alone project.
