An attempt at humour, I'm afraid.
Now to de-construct and destroy the joke.
It is a common nightmare to realise that you are naked in public. How
much more nightmarish would it be to appear without your body?
Also "Too much information" is a phrase used here when some one gives
too much personal information. ;-)
So you were less clothed than naked.
Back on topic.
The data you have. Is it grayscale or colour?

Modeled in POV-Ray using sphere_sweeps, no doubt! (Ha! sorry, I couldn't
resist.) I didn't know scanning technology could produce such a *detailed* 3-D
map. Amazing.

Stephen,
thank you very much for your explanation ;-) -
Data are grayscale and freed from unnecessary informations - as shown here.

I can ruin a joke with the best of them. :-)

Pity, it would have looked good in colour.

I suspect that image may actually be a photography of a plastinate,
possibly from the "Bory Worlds" exposition.

Not a model but an actual photo. They inject some plastic resin into the
blood vessels of someone who just died, replacing all the blood with
plastic, let it set then wash away all tissues and bones.
I've seen photos of the full body casts.

I've seen the casts with my own eyes, in Atlanta, Georgia. Fascinating!
