Good one, Jaime! Was the pigment added to the interior coloring function?
Oh yeah, I forgot to remove an extraneous rotation declare from one or two of
the fractal types, so changing "rot" won't do anything...

It's a palette extracted with The Gimp from a pink granite texture
(tough, as Mike said, looks a lot like a rug). Try it with any "natural"
texture and you will get nice palettes for fractals.

Yes, my first impression was also that it looked like a rug... but the
palette is from a pink granite. Now I tried a palette from a Persian
rug, and it gives also very nice results... very fabric-like.

I was just trying some random operations with f_crackle() and the
different parameters of the type 3, but don't remember exactly what it
was. Next time I will save a copy before fiddling more...
