Well, it *is* a good book. There are only 25 unique book images (some scaled
beyond recognition) - so unfortunately, there will be lots of obvious
duplicates.

Nice scene, very Escher-like, except for the wrist indeed!!  You should do 
some extra subdivisions on the mesh in Poseray.

I must confess that with the original image, it took me a few moments to 
figure out that it wasn't another (badly proportioned) book shelf.

Maybe adding a bit of reflectivity to the display might help there.

Very nice. There's no doubt it closely references the original. As others said,
the wrist needs a little tidying, the screen perhaps some sheen, and I find the
colours a little overly vivid (although that's much more subjective!). Overall,
good job!
