   Lovely ceiling... and a very good job with the architecture in general. 
But I think the lighting needs a bit more balance between the direct light 
and the radiosity... what's the recursion level there? I think you may need 
to lower the spotlights intensity and use one more bounce on the radiosity 
(or just increase the radiosity brightness if it already takes too long to 
render).

Despite of all these many spot lights, much of the museum remains in shadow. 
Much looks dark. You still could make more changes to the spotlights 
pointing to the paintings, or to the entire light environment.
