An update to my earlier PAV work. I'm still trying to figure out how to get hair
to render in Flamingo.

Is there a glass window there? It needs some IOR... The woman looks as if
there was no glass in front.

The glass looks to be thin. A thin, constant thickness, formed glass don't have
much effect on what you see trough.

Do you expect the windshield to have a magnifier like effect? Then, you are
expecting the wrong effect. That kind of glass does have a very slight divergent
effect, and in this case, that effect is barely noticeable. It would be so
slight that, in practice, you can effectively remove the ior from the material.
