Hahaha, I love these old laws making it mandatory to have hay in your
vehichle and whatnot.. xD

But for the sake of it. Let's just say that this particular scene is taking
place outside of Europe, but in a similar environment. Kinda. Making the
creator standing above any law. :P

Absolutely true. It was often dictated too by how how common a building 
material was. In a wood starved area, one would build in stone of course (or 
whatever common material available)

<grin>  no, it was an album showing a rather complex set of buildings and 
props (a bit like RushHouR's) which you could cut out and glue together into 
a complete 3D representation of Unseen University. Very nicely done.
