focal blur, radiosity, photons, 256 light sources

it looks slightly different from the original, as that scene wasn't quite
intact anymore, so I tried to recreate somewhat.

Let me know if you can't get it off photobucket.  The file is ~1.25MB so I
can't really post it here.

photobucked seems to have magically resized it to 400x300...

HDRI based environment lighting macro I've been working on.  (To be released
some time when I'm satisfied withit)
