No lights were used. Only white sphere surrounding the scene with ambient
set to 1.0. Radiosity count 500.

It has neighter interior nor "hollow on" specified (I forgot). It has
pigment {rgb <1,1,1>} and finish {ambient 1}. The sphere is about 10 times
bigger then the model. That's all. I am really surprised how well it works.
It is an attempt to make an effect similar to "global illumination"
supported by Brazil Renderer.
