Not POV...Lightflow.

A nice (non-entirely-free renderer) written by Jacopo Pantaleoni.

POV-Ray with great access. It was about one year ago.

That's right, I was one of them, so it might have been my site he was talking
about :)

Nice image btw, but for some reason it seems like something's missing... don't
know what exactly :-/

Its based on a lightflow demo scene if i remember correctly, here is my
attempt from many moons ago
