But I am not.. Is this a fractal or how did you do it?  I guess it's done in
Worldmachine or a paintprogram, and used as a heightfield with light
directly above, the same position for the camera and a slope-map for
texturing, plus a gradient map... Otherwise I have no idea how you did
this... It looks pretty!  A bit more dirt and you could make a poster.

I did very little for this image, just combined a random terragen
landscape with the gnome foot in GIMP and used the default settings
from terragen to render it. The next step is to make a better
heightmap and write a more realistic terragen template, maybe I'll add
some plants too.
