Hi all.

Having been inspired by Nicolas Rougier's Iso-Chain and Warp's
RustyChain, I decided to try my hand at an isosurface chain.  I'm not
totally satisfied with it, but since it took over 9 days to render, I
don't think I'll revisit this anytime soon.
