Hi! Look at my post in povray.general for details. This one is renered with
photons, but it doesn't matter.

First version: Glass ior = 1.44. Second version, Glass ior = 1.00

This one really troubles me... :-( Anyone got any clues?

TIA. :)

Simen Kvaal.

Increase max_trace_level in global_settings.
This is almost definitely the cause of your problem.

Yup thats definatly Mr Max Trace, you really wanted it to be something else
tho didnt you!, as soon as MT raise his ugly head, its time to up his work,
and he takes render time as payment...

i hate it when i doing some large glass, have left it rendering for 3 days,
only to find out that MT has been slacking off, and i have to re render (and
hence when that happenes i usually forget the whole project and do somethig
else)

Rick
