Sorry for the wait, the source code is in povray.text.scene-files. It's 
pretty messy...and the buckets have some problems, I wouldn't use them 
in any real scene, but it was just a demo of an effect.

Of the water rippling? Not much else to animate here...it could be done 
easily by adjusting the phase of the water normal or just translating it 
on the y axis.

These remind me that I've been raytracing too long, the last time
we had a nice sunny day I filled the sink in the kitchen so that
I could watch the caustics on the cupboard doors.
