I don't think the vitims mouth is low enough for bubbles. As for
struggles, I would suggest it certainly does look like a struggle.

However, this piece is derived from a Poser scene used in a Bryce
picture that had an all together more bizarre idea behind it. See if
you can guess what that was - and no it was nothing to do with
lesbians.
