The effect is lovely as it is. The delicacy of the bits of refracted
light really make the image.

Wow, very nice image Marc! If I'm allowed to nitpick, the smooth,
phong-like shading on the top face of your diamond screams "computer
generated!" and doesnt look like what I would expect to see in reality for a
hard, flat surface. The rest of the diamond looks fantastic however, and so
do the colored reflections, so maybe you could work on that, and your image
would be near-perfect :)
