First attempt at a macro to build coons surfaces. Declare four, 
preferably connected, splines and build a surface from that.
 Next add normals, uv_mapping and speed. Currently it takes ~25 sec to 
generate 10000 triangles on my PII 233.

If I knew, yes. But at the moment I'm having big trouble calculating 
the normals. Also it is based on the POV-Ray 3.5 splines and those are 
not stable and bug-free yet, so the macro has some work-arounds I 
don't like.
