I hope you like this little gift!
I planned on a quick image, and this took about 45 minuted to set up.
Rendering took over two hours, due to 25 point sources, and about two dozen
glows, coupled with radiosity. I think it turned out rather well, myself...

I like how the letters glow changes as moves away from the sources.

And the shadows make a great design on the plate too. Looks like a winner

Hmm. Earlier you said "first person"... Is the offer still standing or would
giving another copy to someone be illegal?

I'm happy to send you a copy if you send me your snail-mail - as for legality,
it's probably not legal, but I don't think it's immoral in this case since I am
distributing a copy of a magazine cover-cd. It's up to you. I would never
distribute licenced, purchased software, but cover cd stuff is another matter
imho.
