I like this. Good concept.

I think you could increase the height of the waves to increase the
impact of the image. Just a thought.

I have done a version with more turbulent water.
I think you lose too much detail from the reflections though.
What do you think.

There were two interpretations that i had. the first was that the lady is
being attacked by some sea monster.  But then i thought that it looked like
the woman could *be* the sea monster. i mean, it's a sea monster with a
womans body as the top part. I like this second interpretation better :)  It
would be nightmarish to me if a swimmign woman seemed to be approaching my
boat, then suddenly i'm destroyed by her giant serpent-like body.

in any case, i like the myst, mountains, and general feel to this picture.

I am working on ripples and splashes from both the creatures and the woman,
I am just having problems getting anything that looks convicing.

Also read Ross Litscher's interpretation of the scene, it gives it a
different dimension.

I think the female needs more mystery.  More attraction/repulsion. Right
now, especially with the haircut she looks like a perky flight attendant
or model in a hair-rinse ad.
