aperture 0.5     
blur_samples 600 
variance 1/100000
confidence .95

One tip: use "variance 0" for the best results. For some reason there 
seems to be little difference between 1/100000 and (say) 1/500000  but 
using 0 gives superior results in many situations. Confidence has much 
smaller impact.
