I recently spent some reading Bald Eagle's Bezier and Berstein paper.
It got me playing with the bicubic_patch object and uv mapping. As 
Bill's paper points out, you can do interesting pattern "interpolations" 
with it! Plus, the attached image fits our recent circular abstract 
theme. :-)

Thanks. Yes, feel free to use any image I post so long as I've not added 
a signature and copyright indication.
...Not that I can recall ever doing the latter bit. I mostly doodle, but 
who knows, maybe someday I'll create something grand! :-)
