Greetings,

Working on some doc stuff this morning ... beta24 added the ability to
get pixel resolution of an image using max_extent.

I'm sure some of you could come up with a more creative usage(s) ... yes
that's a challenge ;-)

Anyway ... thought this was a neat feature addition!

Either I knew about it and forgot, or just never knew... anyway I can 
see this being useful in some cases. Scaling a height_field to the 
aspect of its input image would be one. Thanks for pointing it out (and 
doing the harder job of updating the docs)!
