It's a long time since I posted an image.
Here is a revisited guitar I had done for my IRTC soundcard (topic music)
few years ago and I decided to finish.
Now I think I have to work on the table material.

Very good modeling! ...the detail level is amazing.

I will prefer to see it lay on a chair instead on a table. ...perhaps it's
because I'm Spanish and I'm too used to see flamenco guitarists performing... :)

Nice work indeed. Excellent texturing of the guitar.

Thank you !
I modeled it in Moray mostly starting with primitives and CSG.
Then I converted those CSG into meshes for fine tuning

For me a guitar laying on a chair is a promise for an accident :-/
BTW how could you be *too* used to see flamenco guitarists :-)

Thank you :)
I discovered that you can embed layered textures into pigment or
image_pattern textures

If it's not a guitar, then what is it?

Well duh, it's a picture! How can you send a guitar to a newsgroup?
Jerome
PS: Try googling for "this is not a pipe".

Indeed I referred to Magritte's painting :)
I meant also that this particular guitar does not exist in real life : it is
not a reproduction.
