If your are referring to the placement of the books in a row, each one
resting over the prior book, then yes, it is here:

WARNING: The author of that code didn't know at all what he was doing.

There was a banker lamp on the original photo, and there was one on Chief
Architect library, so...

   Good guess! :)

Very nice!

But that water glass is in a precarious spot... I'd knock that over at the
first carriage return!

Good to see your pov muse back! That's classic Jaime to me: baroque and
lonelisome atmosphere. :)

The green lamp looks somewhat out of place there...

Thanks! ...but can you tell me what kind of tweaking you have in mind?

Oops! :) ...perhaps the table is a little too small.

Thanks! ... and yes, you nailed it: that's my preferred style.

> The green lamp looks somewhat out of place there...

You mean that it is badly placed? Or that is it the wrong choice of lamp?
Or perhaps both? :)

Truly a splendid image! Thanks for sharing it. As for a suggestion... how about
a bit of "dramatic tension" (in a whimsical vein) created by a pair of wire rim
spectacles left on the seat of the chair?

Best Regards,
Mike C.

Very nice! Lovely nuances. I haven't smoked a pipe in some time, but I always
appreciated hand carved briarwood pipes. Anyone who uses a pipe, usually has
more than one and has a nice little pipe stand for them...

Take a look at Boswell's pipes:

I believe the typesetter's brand name is flipped or mirrored. Not sure,
though...

A great scene.
