I remember the original. (Do you have a link?) 
This is a very nice image and I can't think of any improvements that you could
make. 
Unless it was to make the figures more chintzy :)

Excellent work! I love your dualistic concept. It much appeals to my own 
perceptions. Your care for even the least detail is really amazing. This is
