Well, it *could* be Daytona, FL, which is below sea level (I went to 
school there), but I'm guessing that's not where you are. ;-)

That is above sea level. I tried some website that matches
postal code to hight and that gave a whopping 24 meters
above sea level for some random point in Nijmegen.
