I can still see focal blur at the first two or three rows but it is subtle

Yes, the final moment before the scene collapses into chaos.
But as Stephen already noted, there is also a bit of focal blur.

And the focal blur / motion blur subtlety isn't the only fakeout in the
scene. Seems to me that the pile that is about to be knocked down
shouldn't be standing in the first place.
