Here is the last version of my Ankh-Morpokian scene.
Slightly tuned down the fog, added turbulence to the ground fog, risen eye
glows brightness, lit windows of the back ground house on the right
hand...(enough irregular verbs :-p)

What do you think?

You're gonna hate me for this, but... The middle handle thingy on the
scythe looks like it's holding up the gas lamp.

Now I hate you! ;-)

You're right of course, I'll put this |^#@ lamp at the corner of the house.

I still think it's really, really cool!
I just love it. Can you give us a wallpaper version or something?

:-) Thank you
I'm currently running a 1200x900 version which should be baked in a dozen
hours. (media must spend time in the oven)

Great stuff. I wasn't too sure about the initial wip but it's really grown
on me. That turbulent ground fog looks excellent! I especially like the
Mended Drum sign... obviously this is after that regrettable inn-sewer-ants
debacle. Oh well, that's reflected-sound-of-underground-spirits for you.

I want to see a Wyrmberg next, or possibly the temple of Bel-Shamharoth ;-)

LOL yes it was easier to do a mended one than a broken one and the broken
was gone so fast... :-)

Wyrmberg errr why not? it's a longer job though ... hmmm semi-transparent

Thank you for your kind comments.

Who in their right, or even their left, mind would leave a ground floor
window open in Ankh-Morpok?
Other than that it is quite realistic. If you can call an imaginary
character in an imaginary street in an imaginary town beside an imaginary
river on a flat world carried on four elephants balancing on a giant turtle
that swims through the universe whilst being orbited by the sun and moon,
realistic.

Ah! But the anonymous massons or carpenters who built the cathedrals
remained obscure too :-)
And that is how it should be.

LOL but I don’t think Mr James would be seen dead in swimming trunks. Much
less doing something as physical as free diving training.
