Very cool picture. I had just been on the hunt for a good, free vector
graphic program, and was satisfied with Sodi Podi. Now I'll have to give
this one a try...

Again, awesome picture, and thanks for the tip! :P

Seriously?

You learn something every day...

(I've used Inkscape for a while now, but never found that particular
"feature".)

That (exporting to POV) should be more like reason to exist than just a
"feature" ;).

Yeah, I've been playing with it a little bit right the last couple of days
in conjunction with "trace bitmap" for a project I've been toying with off
and on for work, "save as" has this as an option.

So far the results are pretty good, though the "trace bitmap"
functionality leaves gaps after I fiddle with the different resultant
layers a bit to get rid of some undesired artifacts; the preliminary test
results look pretty good, especially with partial transparency (something
I need) and the layers.

Part of the problem with my bitmap trace is that the bitmaps are
relatively small. What I need is eps versions of what I'm working with to
start with.

Jim
