Is there a device to convert a jpg or piece of an image into a moray/povray
wireframe?

1. This is the wrong group. This group is for posting binaries, in
particular pictures, developed in povray. Try povray.new-users or
povray.general.

2. A normal jpeg is a 2d representation of a 3d space. POVRay is for
creating turning a 3d representation into 2d. There is no (known) way
for anyone to turn a single 2d representation of something back into its
3d geometery.

3. povray doesn't have wireframes. You can connect a heap of cylinders
and spheres and create a wireframe, but you can't just 'make' a
wireframe. (I think that's in the FAQ)

Cheers!
