Feel like taking a break from this for a bit, so here's what I've got so 
far.  The 20, 30, and 40 markings around the second-hand area should be 
flipped so they're readable looking at the watch normally.  The bit to 
which you would clasp the watch fob is not a nice, simple mathematical 
shape, so I'm at a loss how to proceed with that, though there are other 
things I could still be doing, like replacing the metalwork around the 
crystal with an approximation of the original pattern instead of some 
digits of Pi...or adding the second and hour hands.  :P
