Howdy,

I tackled some of the items mentioned when I asked for feedback .... take a 
look!

1. Increased emmision of the media at the horizon
2. Moved the close in light source (with low fade_distance) up and farther 
away (higher fade_distance)
3. Broke the flock of geese into two formations, and made them coming into 
shore instead of away
4. Added surface normal (agate) to the geese (they were too smooth and 
looked fake)
5. Tweeked geese colors and ambient
6. Used Radiosity_OutdoorHQ from rad_def.inc
7. Used focal blur instead of AA to smooth jagged edges on lighthouse 
railings.

geese that i've seen are usally v formation or staggered echelon


but rather nice improvement

hmmmm .... didn't get the reference until I googled hilda ogden. don't watch 
that much TV so maybe I still don't get it!

from viewing angle maybe that's obscured a bit but on line is a small "V"

she had three ceramic flying geese on set of sitting room wall
for twenty odd years.

strange how my comments seem to get that 'i think' response :-)
