PoV-Ray: Making Math look good.

I decided to use PoV as a graphing calculator while puzzling over a Trig
lab assignment involving
the uses of Trigonometry in the Global Positioning System.

A preliminary step calls for a comparison of two periodic functions:
f(x) = sin(3x)  // pretty basic.
h(x) = sin(3x + pi/2) // Phase shift.

mostly I was fiddling around.

I think you should use an orthogonal view to avoid perspective problems 
(better text reading, no image distortion with distance and angle
