Well, it's not all that exciting, but have a look at this...

It's not entirely clear from this picture exactly what shape this object 
actually is... it looks like it's circular in the X-Z plane - but I 
assure you it isn't.

If you were to slice (vertically) at any point, the cut section would be 
a quadratic Julia set. It morphs from the Julia set C=-2+0i to C=+2+0i. 
(Again, only 5 iterations - but that gave POV-Ray quite enough of a 
headache!)

Will hopefully post more interesting specimins later.
