This is my first attempt to do something usefull with PovRay. I have
designed this building, made the model, and converted it to Pov meshes to
make several visualisations of this concept. Although it was rather
painfull and uncomfortable to do this, I am very happy and proud with final
effect. Please tell me what to change to make this image better.

WOW, beautiful!
Less ambient will add realism. Radiosity will do a lot of the light
work. The texturing is /excellent/!!!

It looks great! Maybe just needs some depth to some of the wood
textures. The shingles look really nice, the railing looks a little flat to
me. Looking closer I see the texture generates vertical lines on the
railing, that looks strange to me. I would have thought any lines
would go the length of the individual component part of the rail. I
think once you add some objects around it, the glass will have
something to reflect and make the picture look deeper. I like the
stonework. Maybe it could use a little more variation in the texture.
Might need some copper or tin flashing around the chimneys.
Love the style!

Excellent building! The point where the chimneys meet the roof could use
some work. Beautiful.
