Bingo! It struck me as a funny shape because of how it hangs loosely on
the other gear. Supposedly it keeps small children from using lighters,
but I wonder just how much older a kid has to be in order to operate one
with this devce.... A child smart enough to use a normal lighter would
probably also be strong enough to apply the pressure needed to light it.
