areas are visibly higher and other lower.

Interessant, but I think you should lower the ambient value of the moon
texture becouse the hiden face should not be visible.

I'm pretty sure this moon's not orbiting Earth...but Apache's right. The
earthward side of our own moon is visibly lit by reflected light from
Earth, even when it isn't lit directly by the sun. Of course, there are
also places on the moon that are only starlit...those on the portions of
the far side of the moon that are in shadow. This image must be taken
from a vantage point between the planet and the moon.

This is a very good looking image of the moon.
Any chance the source was put up somewhere?
If not, can I ask if it could be made available (preferably as a .txt or
..pov)
