Yeah, a cellshader. I was kind of hoping that would be built into the
latest release.. hehe

I'm interested too if someone know where to find it.

The MegaPOV documentation 1.2.1 says:


  This means that not all features of MegaPOV 0.7 are implemented yet. 

Post_process happens to be one of the features that haven't yet been
applied to the rewrite. It's available in MegaPOVs between 0.5 and 0.7.

Incidentally next MegaPOV will contain a new post processing feature but 

it won't be compatible with the old one.
