FSSS means "Fake SubSurface Scattering". Here is test scene for it. Not 
perfect, but in some cases this hack might work...

No, I'm not sure that this is possible with macro (at least this way as 
it is done now). It is FSSSS (Fake SubSurface Scattering Shader), 
available with new POVMan. p.unofficial.patches contains link.
