I always put those long rendes on a slightly lower priority and I forget
about them until they're done.

Very long! I think it would take more than a week on a 1ghz computer. I
moved the render around from 400mhz, to 1gig and 2 gig machines until it was
finished.

2GHz? That's disgusting... Our brand new fileserver is only a dual-PIII
1.1GHz... [other sulky comments deleted] Still, it does have 2GB of RAM...
<grin>

Andrew.

Hey, nice.

If I did it - and I notice that I *DIDN'T* do it :-( - then I would have put
more colours into it. But the blue/brown tones you used seem to suit it very
well.

Thanks.
Andrew.

Hey Apache!

I'm planning to do a isosurface-landscape and a media-sky for my WIP, but
after all i only got 600MHz over here ;-(
Perhaps i should go for a sky_sphere and a heighfield *g*. I still hope that
i will be able to talk my brother into doing the final render with his
athlon 2000+...

Reminds me of one of my active projects... Just throw in media-based
blueness, media fog, isosurface water with media inside, some isosurface
balloons, and media radiosity to top it all off. Am I insane? I think so.
