I changed a lot things in this one...

1. Used HDRI lighting.
2. Used MLPov 0.81 instead of POV-Ray 3.5 (POV-Ray 3.5 lacks HDRI support)
3. Increased AA quality.
4. Changed camera angle.
5. *Removed* Radiosity
6. Increased recursion level.

It took about 2 hours...I forgot to check...

I didn't upload this one, since it is quite big again (~200k)

Now that's what I'm talkin' about! :)  Way to go on stepping up the
recursion like I suggested.  I'll take the reflective finish over the soft
radiosity look any day.  The Hdri lighting looks very nice as well.
