The floor is not bump_map!
It is height field.
I used Trevor G Quayle's TPGen file to arrange height field objects.
Thanks to Trevor G Quayle.
The sphere is Isosurface.
I used Gilles Tran's hfspher file(Wrapping a height field on a sphere).

these as
jpegs and they would have been around 8 times smaller.
