this should technically go in the animations group just around the corner.
povray.binaries.animation

if it were not a gif animation i would suggest making more frames to get a
smoother animation. and well, make it something besides a gif animation,
like some mpeg format to get a bit of compression on the file size.

Can you place a small mpeg on an HTML page? If small
mpeg animations can be dropped into HTML easily then
that would be better.
