I myself also printed it out and would even say it's slightly thinner... I just
measured it and found it's 30.2 by 21.5 by 4.3 centimetres, including the
hardcover. Here in Germany we have an ubiquitous standard paper format, know as
DIN A 4, being 21 by 29.7 cm... and when printing it, I used standard Times New
Roman and Courier, both at 12 points.
