LOL. Yeah, I can notice a certain resemblance.
And de Gaulle was called 'corkscrew'?

Nope. I only used simple normals. The real model does show blurred reflections, but I
don't think the scene will be a close up of this corkscrew so I don't think I will
add that extra detail. ;)

I'm having SOOO many exams this month, and I would like to make something for the
IRTC either, so this scene could take a while (I would be happy if I could come up
with 2-3 objects per week though).

Ah! The old 3-light system... fine.

That's the funny part: today it is not used for this appareil, but for
ringlets (you see the similarity, isn't?). The change on the use must be
really old, tough...

LOL!
Actually, here's what I've found:

1 m. Sacacorchos.
2 fig. Rizo de cabello largo y pendiente en espiral.
3 DEP. Salto en el que el cuerpo del deportista imita con su movimiento la forma de

So ringlet is just the figurative meaning.

This is excellent! As was/is your coffeepot. I used to think I was pretty good
with POV, but scenes like this let me know I'm just a "wannabe" :)

Great work! but one thing isn't the corckscrew part on backwards???? all the ones i
have had in the past had points at the end of the screw not where the screw meets with
the shaft.
