they should be glowing just a bit because I set ambient a 0.1 otherwiae it
looked a little plain

Which colors are what atoms?  

C7 H5 N3 O6 

So the colors must be...

Carbon    = Black
Hydrogen  = White
Nitrogen  = Blue
Oxygen    = Red

Nitrogen is orange in my model kit, so I was a little confused at
first.
