Thanks to Gilles Tran who give me (without knowing it :( ) the image used in
painting.

Thanks to Esher who give me the idea for the plant pot texture.

There are many things i'd like to add, may be in a next post.

Great looking image, the paining on the wall reminds me of a street
I know of in Spain. 

For my tastes the floor is a bit too reflective, you couldn't sit there
on a sunny day, you'd get too much sun burn all-over.
