:( First, it was too bright, and without contrast... now it's too dark...
you can't have both... Grrr! I'll see what I can do...

Keen, Ken. :)

I know, but see my reply to Rune...

The lighting looks much better now, but it seems to be floating in the
air, there needs to be something outside the window, doesn't it?

Used radiosity? Try a recursion level of two to make the scene brighter (and
maybe a higher brigtness value in the radiosity definition..something like
1.2)

Well, I'm glad someone likes the lighting... :) And, yes, you're right...
what do you suggest I add outside? I was thinking maybe some grass or
something.

Yes, I did. I won't use a recursion of 2 because that ruins the radiosity
which I use, and I'm already using a brightness >2. I've made the
fill-lights an eensy bit brighter.

Grass sounds good, or maybe water... :-)

On a sunny day the irradiance of sunlit and shadowed areas can be off
by a factor of 10^5 and even more. Of course, our eyes react
non-linearly but still, trying to represent this on a screen is a
heavy task. Kari seems to know the most about this stuff, maybe if
you're a good boy... ;)

diffuse and maybe increase brilliance a bit, that should give you more
contrast. Ditch the fill lights altogether except if you really need
them, but use light groups to only illuminate the parts you want.
And then show us the result :)

Top of a tree, distant hills.
