Now this is the coolest image I have seen for a long time! How did you 
do the snow? It has a white cloth-like appearance, IMO?

The snow is a bit too clothlike I think, and I would replace the crackle
normal with wrinkles or bumos or granite scaled real small.  That is, if
you strive for realism.  I think with some work this could be turned
into one of those real "whoa that was made by a computer?" pictures...
